These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website located at elmontetreeservice.com and your engagement with Precision El Monte Tree Service ("we," "us," or "our") for tree service work. By using our website or requesting our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
By accessing our website or engaging our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement. If you are requesting services on behalf of a property you do not own, you represent that you have the authority to authorize work on that property. Your continued use of our website and services constitutes your acceptance of these terms as they may be updated from time to time.
Precision El Monte Tree Service provides residential and commercial tree services in El Monte, CA and surrounding areas, including tree removal, tree trimming, tree pruning, stump grinding, stump removal, land clearing, emergency tree service, and commercial tree service. All services are subject to availability and the conditions described in a written estimate or service agreement. We reserve the right to decline any service request at our discretion.
Estimates provided by Precision El Monte Tree Service are based on conditions observed at the time of assessment and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final pricing may vary if site conditions change, additional work is required, or the scope of work expands beyond what was described at the time of the estimate.
Written estimates are provided free of charge and carry no obligation. Work will not begin until you have reviewed and approved the written estimate. Any changes to the scope of work after approval will be discussed with you before additional work proceeds.
Once you approve a written estimate and a work date is scheduled, we ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may result in a fee to cover mobilization costs incurred in preparation for your job.
We reserve the right to reschedule work due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will contact you promptly and reschedule at the earliest available date.
Payment is due upon completion of work unless alternative terms are agreed upon in writing in advance. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For larger projects, we may require a deposit before work begins - this will be specified in your written estimate.
Unpaid balances may be subject to a late fee and may be referred to a collections agency or pursued through legal channels if not resolved within a reasonable time. You agree to pay all reasonable costs associated with collection of unpaid amounts, including attorney fees where permitted by law.

Some tree work in El Monte and surrounding areas may require permits from the city or county. It is the customer's responsibility to confirm permit requirements and obtain any necessary approvals before work begins, unless we have agreed in writing to handle permitting as part of the service. Precision El Monte Tree Service is not liable for fines, delays, or penalties arising from work performed without required permits when the customer has represented that permits are not needed or has taken responsibility for obtaining them.
Precision El Monte Tree Service carries general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. In the event of damage to your property caused by our negligence, our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the damaged property, up to the limits of our insurance coverage.
We are not liable for pre-existing property damage, damage caused by conditions you failed to disclose, damage to underground utilities or systems not clearly marked or disclosed prior to work, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We are not responsible for the regrowth of stumps, roots, or vegetation after work is completed, unless regrowth prevention is specifically included in the written estimate.
Tree service is performed on living biological material. Precision El Monte Tree Service does not guarantee the health, survival, or continued growth of any tree, plant, or vegetation after work is completed. We do not warrant that pruning, trimming, or treatment will prevent disease, pest infestation, or storm damage. Services are provided as-is, and results may vary based on environmental conditions, tree health, and other factors outside our control.
If a dispute arises from our services or these terms, we encourage you to contact us directly first so we can work toward a resolution. Most concerns can be addressed quickly through direct communication.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing litigation. Any legal action arising from these terms or our services shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in California, and both parties consent to that jurisdiction.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
